At BATIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your batik garments in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
