Are your batik products handmade or machine-printed?

We specialize in both Batik Tulis (hand-drawn) and Batik Cap (hand-stamped). Each piece is created using traditional wax-resist dyeing techniques by skilled artisans, ensuring a unique and authentic garment.

How should I care for my batik clothing?

To preserve the vibrant colors, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent or 'Lerak'. Avoid direct sunlight when drying and do not use bleach.

What are your shipping times and costs?

We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
